The first of Golf Leisure Breaks’ weekly Stableford competitions at the Sta. Clara Club was a revelation. Everything was perfect, from the beautifully maintained course to the clubhouse facilities and the friendly and cooperative service of the caddymasters. All this for a mere 72 euros, including shared buggy, green fee and the opportunity to enjoy some competitive, but not too serious, golf, with some friendly banter in the clubhouse while seeing who has won the birdy kitty and the prizes.
