WELCOME TO SANTA CLARA GOLF CLUB

The Santa Clara Club recently agreed to host a weekly Golf Leisure Breaks competition on Saturdays which has already proved to be so successful, that we cannot reserve enough start times to accommodate all those who wish to play this popular golf course.

However, we are now seeking to reserve regular spots right through till the end of the year, aiming at our regular time of 11:00 am., beginning in July. Unfortunately, there will be no GLB competitions in June, as the Sta. Clara course will be closed for two weeks for maintenance and is fully booked for the rest of the month. But referring to the first article (Why have handicaps), we are pleased to report that our regular daily competitions are usually won with 36 or 37 stableford points, so if you play to your (genuine) handicap, you have a real chance of winning!
