Help!
With so many clients visiting the Costa del Golf, we like to keep them informed regarding the condition and suitability of the courses they wish to play.
Now you may think this is license for yours truly to play as often and on as many courses as possible, in order to keep Golf Leisure Breaks' clients informed, but with more than fifty courses now available between Málaga and Sotogrande, this is an impossible task. While we can tell you from our own experience that Santa Maria, Parador and Calanova are in excellent condition (all three are regular venues for our stableford competitions), we need information about as many courses as possible. So we are asking our readers to advise us about courses they have played recently, based on objective views, not on how they played (I only scored twenty points, so the course must be lousy!).
A good example is the El Chaparral course, which is technically challenging, but never-the-less a very good golf course, with some of the best greens on the coast. Some golfers relish a challenge and El Chaparral will reward good shot-making while harshly penalising poor shots. Other courses can be far easier to play, but less interesting. You pays your money and you takes your choice. Seriously, any imput will be welcome. You can do this by telephone to Julie (952 582 943) or myself (607 560 324), by email (david@golflb.com) or fax (952 584 193). The most interesting reports will be published on this page, libel laws permitting |
